This opportunity is for a Program Supervisor to provide supervision and management for our Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) Program. The SCO Program provides case management and advocacy for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are in services. The Supervisor oversees the program ensuring regulations are followed staff are supervised and program services are monitored.

This position supervises and manages the Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) program ensuring services are provided in accordance with agency objectives rules state regulations policies and procedures as well as social service and case management principles and practices. Work involves conducting weekly department meetings reviewing submitted Individual Service Plans (ISP) for accuracy and providing direct supervision for Bedford-Somerset Supports Coordinators (SCs) on a daily basis. The County Casework Supervisor has the opportunity to assist with projecting program and private provider needs making recommendations for expansion of programming or changes to existing programming in order to provide quality consumer care.
