We are looking for an EIA Supervisor to be part of our Germany-based team to manage the construction of our ongoing project in Hamburg.

MSc Electrical Engineer with background in industrial projects (Chemical plants crushing plants assembly plants....)
Demonstrated experience in Construction Management and Electrical Supervision activities in Germany
Above ten (10) years of experience in the industry acting as site supervisor
Highly valued experience designing or implementing EPCM projects or PMC services
Good knowledge of building regulations and standards in Germany.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Advanced knowledge of construction in the German market.
Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1-C2)
Responsibilities:
Project management: You oversee the EIA construction process from planning to completion. This includes creating project plans coordinating construction teams monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Budget and resource management: You are responsible for monitoring the budget and controlling expenses during the construction process. You optimize resource allocation to minimize costs while ensuring quality.
Quality control: You monitor compliance with building regulations and standards ensuring that all work meets quality requirements. You conduct regular quality inspections and take corrective measures when necessary.
Communication and collaboration: You act as the interface between various stakeholders including contractors suppliers and internal teams. You communicate project progress regularly and coordinate the collaboration of all parties involved.
Risk management: You identify potential risks and issues related to the construction project and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them. You take appropriate measures to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Documentation: You create and maintain all relevant construction project documents such as reports records contract agreements and permits.
