This is a casual role based at our Ingleburn ADE warehouse. The role pays $30.14 per hour plus casual loading.

What you will do
- Provide and assist our clients with work tasks such as pick packing and labelling in warehouse environment
- Support the team in facilitating community participation and social activities
- Supporting clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
- Providing personalized support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care meal preparation and medication management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
What you will bring
- Hold minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Above
- A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and a C class drivers license along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
- A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to Obtain if not held or expired)
- Passport Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
- Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
- Ability to Complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford)
