Purpose

Responsible for designing and overseeing scorecards and incentive plans that drive performance plans throughout the IB region. Facilities channels planning and metrics tracking to ensure performance metrics align with banks strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Uses data-driven insights to continuously refine incentive programs ensuring they are effective competitive and equitable.

What Youll Do:

  • Drives a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive scorecard systems to measure and track sales performance at individual team and organizational levels.

  • Design incentive programs that align with business goals and drive desired sales behaviors.

  • Ensure incentive plans are competitive equitable and compliant with regulatory standards.

  • Lead channel planning to support the definition of the strategic direction of each channel

  • Monitor and analyze channel strategic metrics sales performance data to identify trends opportunities and areas of improvement.

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness.

  • Lead the continuous improvement of metrics scorecard and incentives processes leveraging feedback and data insights to enhance effectiveness. Develops analysis support for all Distribution decisions

  • Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Banks risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Banks risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.

  • Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

  • Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts retains develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

What Youll Bring:

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in retail channels/products
  • Strong understanding of payments units products pricing and profitability services operations systems and practices.
  • In-depth understanding of products-related operational processes and controls including knowledge of organization and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading professional staff both in Head Office and across a distributed network.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proven ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for complex and multi-dimensional problems/issues. Expert Level Knowledge of International Financial Market.
