We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations training benefits administration and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices in healthcare or behavioral health settings and will support a culture of empathy professionalism and accountability.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings interviews hiring and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee benefits administration and work with vendors to ensure staff have access to the support they need.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws licensure requirements and HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records HR policies and procedures.
  • Support training and development programs including mandatory compliance training.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion wellness and mutual respect across all departments.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary Description
$55000 - $75000 yearly
