The Opportunity:
As our Construction Litigation Attorney youll be at the forefront of high-stakes cases working with a team of accomplished legal professionals. Youll leverage your expertise to navigate complex construction and surety matters while developing your skills and advancing your career.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to build winning case strategies
- Draft compelling pleadings motions and briefs that persuade judges and juries
- Manage multiple construction and surety cases with precision and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients providing regular updates and expert guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare for trials and negotiate settlements
What Were Looking For:
- At least one (1) year of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (Required)
- Proven experience in litigation
- Exceptional legal research writing and analytical skills
- Willingness to commute to or relocate near Irvine CA 92614 (Required)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ESI and ESI databases such as Relativity
