Required Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in compensation administration. Expertise in market-based compensation analysis Or a Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field with 2 - 3 years of experience. A deep understanding of higher education compensation structures and/or faculty load calculations and scheduling functions is preferred. Expertise in market-based compensation analysis. Experience working in a union environment preferred.

Start Date
This position supports the Talent Operations department in the Human Resources Division with a start date of August 4 2025. This position will be based out of the Downtown Campus.
Hours: This position requires 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:00am - 4:30pm. A hybrid work schedule may be available after the completion of training and/or probationary period with managerial approval.
