Job Summary: The Entry-Level Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales building B2B relationships within the healthcare product market and increasing market share within the assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about medical sales and looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians hospital staff and purchasing managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and educate customers on product benefits features and best practices.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
- Attend industry conferences trade shows and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market feedback.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of sales experience; previous experience in medical device or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 70%).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience with a CRM or ERP system preferred but not required.
