All About Pets Animal Hospital is an extremely welcoming small animal clinic. We are situated in the downtown core of Langley BC (about 15 minutes off of Highway 1) and are close to many great areas of food shopping parks and walking trails too! We strive to provide a calm and comfortable environment for all with very engaged staff and a loyal client base. The clinic is well maintained and provides a clean and organized work space. About The Role:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for animals and a knack for inspiring teams As a Practice Manager in the VetCare Community youll be the driving force behind a vibrant veterinary team embodying our core values:

In this role you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth engagement and exceptional client experiences. Youll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence managing team schedules and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. Youll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members conduct annual reviews and offer feedback and support to help your team grow.
Youll also manage inventory budgets and all financial aspects of the practice. Youll also make a splash on social media shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing. Experience in the Veterinary field as well as management are needed for this role. Expected Wage Range: $60000 - $68000/ Year

Qualifications:
