We are seeking a passionate and skilled Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team in South Bend. In this role you will provide comprehensive patient-centered care for neurosurgical patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and drive clinical ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment: Consult with new and established patients. Conduct detailed patient evaluations including history taking physical examinations and ordering/interpreting diagnostic Management: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for neurosurgical patients managing preoperative and postoperative care in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
