Job Responsibilities:
The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina is accepting applicants for an Operations Manager in the Student Success Center. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office of the Student Success Center.
- Operates the front desk of the Student Success Center (SSC) assists visitors who come to the center for services and supervises the testing center.
- Monitors and reconciles annual budget for the SSC. Provides general office assistance to the SSC including but not limited to ordering office supplies purchasing card reconciliation coordinating travel plans for the SSC and other duties as assigned.
- Maintains all student records and files generated by the SSC staff; maintains and updates the student appointment system.
- Assist with project management for events and programs from start to finish including sending invitation communications tracking registrations coordinating event logistics recording event attendance program evaluations etc.
- Promotes the SSC to student parents faculty and staff. Communicates with outside agencies and professionals to provide information regarding services to students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors degree and previous office experience. Must be efficient in Microsoft Office.
