CNC Machinist CNC & Manual
We are looking for a highly capable Milling Machinistwith experience operating bothCNC and manual milling machines. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently from blueprint to finished part with strong technical and programming skills.
CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and troubleshootCNC and manual mills.
- Read and interpretblueprints and technical drawings applyingGD&Tstandards.
- OperateHAAS and Trak mills with familiarity inFANUC control systems.
- Apply appropriatefeeds and speedsfor various machining operations.
- Understand and interpretG-code and M-code.
- Performin-process inspectionsto ensure parts meet precise specifications.
- Work independently to complete parts fromprint to final product.
CNC Machinist Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge ofshop math and trigonometry.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with bothconversational and NC programming.
- Must provide and maintainown set of tools.
