D-BAT Virginia Beach is dedicated to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game of baseball. We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable baseball instructors to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality training to players of all skill levels and help them reach their full potential.
We are looking for enthusiastic baseball instructors who can teach various aspects of the game including hitting fielding catching and pitching. Candidates with a strong background in pitching or catching instruction will be prioritized during the hiring process.
- Conduct individual and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Focus on techniques mechanics and strategies while also addressing other fundamental skills as needed.
- Develop customized training plans to meet the specific needs of each player.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help athletes improve.
- Communicate with parents about players training sessions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and trends in baseball..
- Previous experience playing college baseball or significant coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Knowledge of current baseball techniques and training methods.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
