Applicant Registration URL: person-centered support plans and daily routines tailored to each individuals goals and preferences.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Clearances: Must pass DOJ/FBI background check (Live Scan clearance required before start date).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Driver Requirements: Valid California drivers license proof of current auto insurance DMV record and reliable transportation.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with behavior modification programs and working with individuals with various medical conditions is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong commitment to compassionate care patience flexibility reliability and integrity.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Safety: Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
