Blevins Inc. has an immediate opening for a dependable individual to fill the Warehouse Receiving Clerk position in our Jacksonville FL warehouse.

Monday to Friday. 7:30am to 5:00pm


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
  • Unload packages from incoming trucks
  • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity quality price etc.)
  • Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
  • Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
  • Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
Requirements

Requirements

  • Five years of proven experience as a receiving clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems word processing spreadsheets email communication data entry and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience operating forklifts.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

$20 - $23 Hr. depending on experience
