Job Description
- 10 years in Manufacturing IT specializing in MES IIoT and ERP solutions.
- Expertise in MES architecture Master Data Management MBOM Routing Work Instructions Equipment and Materials.
- Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing digitization projects and integration with SCADA MES and ERP systems.
- Proficient in Plant Connectivity solutions like OPC-UA SCADA Kepware and Ignition (Ignition-trained or Gold-certified preferred).
- Experience acting as a Solution Architect gathering client requirements for MES ERP and SCADA.
- Proven track record of global delivery with experience managing both onsite and offshore teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling escalations and reporting to management.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and design solutions for complex problems.
- Lead and design MES IIoT and ERP solutions for manufacturing clients.
- Drive revenue growth through direct consulting and support pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with teams in a multi-stakeholder environment to deliver on technology solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from solution architecture to implementation.
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 10 years of experience in consulting or manufacturing firms with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
