As a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village your primary responsibility is to deliver compassionate direct nursing care to our residents while also supervising the nursing activities carried out by nursing assistants on your shift. This role is vital in ensuring that every resident receives the highest quality of care adhering to current federal and state regulations as well as facility protocols. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services you will ensure that all nursing practices reflect our commitment to excellence and integrity.
By fostering a supportive and professional environment you will play a key role in maintaining the overall safety and well-being of our residents thereby enhancing their quality of life.
To thrive as a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village candidates must possess a Current Arkansas State License in Nursing with a preference for those who have at least one year of prior nursing experience ideally in a long-term care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as building positive relationships with residents families and staff is a fundamental aspect of the role. Successful nurses will demonstrate the ability to define problems collect and analyze data and draw valid conclusions while organizing and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in computer skills particularly experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is crucial.
A genuine care for the elderly coupled with compassion and patience is vital for fostering a supportive environment. Additionally candidates should be organized detail-oriented goal-driven and able to multitask with flexibility to work holidays and adjust to shift needs as required.
