CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-- PART TIME-- 25 HOURS PER WEEK (9:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday)
ABOUT US: Founded in 1972 and family owned Sunbeam Foods Inc. is a full-line food service distributor specializing in the Child Care Industry. We offer fresh produce dairy products frozen foods canned goods and a large variety of snacks and juices as well as janitorial and food service supplies. Our many years of expertise and personal customer service sets us apart in our industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Receive incoming customer calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
Input all customer orders placed via phone email fax or online
Update customer information in database as needed
Process payments by credit card check or electronic check
Communicate with co-workers and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
Enthusiastic hard-working reliable and dedicated
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
Superior time management and organizational abilities
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage based on experience
Part-time employment (25 hours per week) (9:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday)
