Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of adult individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA Consultant you will provide expert guidance on matters related to behavioral care and assistance with documentation related to such care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on documents such as health and safety waivers to ensure compliance and optimal care.
- Develop and review individualized behavior plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of consultations and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- 5 years experience as a BCBA.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to supported living services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
