Must-have Skills
To be successful in this role you must have:
- 5 years of increasing responsibility in Technical Project Management Scrum Master and/or Management roles with leadership responsibilities
- 2.5 years skills in coaching mentoring people and building strategic initiatives and cross-divisional programs
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; or similar equivalent experience
- Experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
- Proven track record of forming storming and norming new teams
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering development and business change or continuous improvement programs preferably in a large matrixed group
- Strong experience coaching mentoring and training agile project managers and scrum masters
- Experience with change management techniques
- Experience working within and or building out an Agile PMO
- Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences from team member to executive
- This a position based in Barcelona in a hybrid mode (3 days per week at the office)

- An organized and creative storyteller through story maps epics user stories release planning Kanban boards relative sizing estimation techniques feedback loops and team metrics
- A strong analytical thinker with a love for planning and organization who can manage competing demands with minimal supervision

- A natural facilitator when it comes to collaboration/brainstorming negotiating and team building sessions
