Must-have Skills
- Design end-to-end user experiences with clarity and craft
- Create flows wireframes prototypes and design frameworks
- Partner with product content research and engineering
- Bring systems thinking to everything you touch
- Shape and contribute to design systems and shared patterns
- Advocate for the user while balancing real-world constraints
- 5 years in UX product design or interaction design
- A strong portfolio showing user-centered structured thinking
- UXA-style skills: mapping journeys structuring flows defining patterns
- Great communicator who can explain the why behind the design
- Fluent in Figma (or similar) with a sharp eye for detail
- Collaborative mindset with a sense of humor and curiosity
Nice to have Skills
Design system experience
Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Background in research content strategy or service design
