Your Mission:
As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) Mobile your mission is to empower your team to build scalable high-quality software and deliver it on time. Youll lead with both technical and strategic vision fostering a culture of inclusivity innovation and continuous improvement. By refining processes and team structures youll enable engineers to thrive and deliver impactful solutions.
Your Daily Business
Build and lead a high-performing mobile engineering team
Attract top talent coach team members and foster a growth mindset
Create an inclusive high-trust culture
Support psychological safety and structured career development
Align engineering with business strategy
Partner with leadership to balance innovation with feasibility
Deliver scalable reliable software
Champion best practices in testing architecture and code quality
Optimize developer experience
Improve workflows CI/CD pipelines and tooling for efficiency
Drive planning and execution
Ensure timely delivery manage risks and focus on outcomes
Collaborate across functions
Work closely with ML Product Data and Research to stay aligned
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role
Background in mobile development ideally Android
Skilled in agile delivery project management and team operations
Ability to align technical strategy with business goals
Hands-on with modern dev tools CI/CD and developer workflows
Passion for mentoring and coaching in fast-paced environments
Experience collaborating with Product Data and cross-functional teams
Fluent in German (B2) and English (C1) to effectively engage with our teams
