This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcome professional environment for clients staff and visitors.
Title: Receptionist
Schedule Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt). Occasional evenings and weekends .
Location: Based in CAIRs Santa Clara office. CAIR staff are currently working a hybrid schedule with three days in-person and two days remote.
Requirements: Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area (vehicle and drivers license required); authorization to work in the United States.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Operations Manager.
Job Term: This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.
About the Role: The Receptionist supports CAIR-SFBAs day-to-day operations by managing front desk responsibilities fielding inquiries coordinating appointments and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized reliable warm and thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
All CAIR staff are required to assist in general duties such as answering phones weekly outreach and other office tasks.
