- Oversee on-site operations of a Mobile Home Community in Escondido sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
- Build positive relationships with residents vendors and team members
- Assist in the marketing showing and upkeep of homes for rent and sale within the park.
- Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
- Collect rent ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What you bring

- Goal oriented with an eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and collaboration both independently and working as a team.
- A high level of professionalism.
- A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of administrative experience
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21-25/hour DOE
- Employee housing can be included!* (30-60 day probationary period before you are eligible to move into employee housing)
