Job Description
Troy School District is seeking a head coach to steer our Track team to excellence. Qualified candidates will inspire talented sports players develop award-winning strategies provide hands-on training and encourage sportsmanship within the team. An outstanding head coach will possess critical yet flexible strategic skills.
Head Coach Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Formal coaching-related training is preferred.
- Proven experience as a head coach preferred.
- Own demonstrable history of pertinent sporting success.
- Perceptive of sports-related talent.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
