Job Description
Primary Responsibilities

Define responsibilities and assign tasks to QA/QC personnel.
Prepare and submit quality status and management review reports to the Director of Quality.
Oversee document control activities to maintain compliance.
Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
Ensure compliance with UL 1316 standards and internal FGS procedures.
Collaborate with plant engineering and production teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage Management of Change (MOC) and Risk Assessment activities.
Job Duties

Support quality assurance programs to meet regulatory and company standards.
Analyze and interpret data to ensure product quality and process improvement.
Operate measurement tools such as scales OD tape rulers and thread height gauges.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Work in a factory environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.
Perform physical tasks such as standing walking bending pushing/pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. for up to 12 hours daily.
Maintain safety and compliance in a fast-paced team-oriented work setting.
Follow technical repair and assembly guidelines as needed.





Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications

Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience including 3 years in a supervisory role.
In lieu of QA/QC experience 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience will be considered.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Strong mathematical aptitude required.
Experience in ISO API ASME or similar certified environments preferred.
Training in ISO 9001 is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Pay Range

$78000-$84000 annual salary
