Patient Intake Specialist (Call Center) Full-Time Delray Beach FL

At Greenbrook were not just another call center-were the first voice of hope for people struggling with depression and other mental health disorders. Were currently looking for a full-time Patient Intake Specialist to join our Delray Beach team and help guide new patients toward life-changing treatment.

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Patient Intake Specialist youll be the trusted first point of contactlistening educating and helping individuals schedule free consultations for our innovative behavioral health care services. Youll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries but more importantly youll deliver compassion with every conversation.

  • Engage with prospective patients by phone and online inquiries
  • Educate callers on our non-invasive TMS treatment options
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments
  • Pre-screen patients for insurance coverage
  • Manage leads perform data entry and follow up with potential patients
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism at all times

Schedule & Availability:

This is a full-time role (5 shifts/week) and were seeking candidates who can work:

  • 12:30 PM 9:00 PM for at least 3 shifts per week M-F
  • Two Sunday shifts/month (9:00 AM 5:00 PM) with a weekday off in exchange

Pay & Perks:

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Bring 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Are a great listener and communicator (English fluency required conversational Spanish a plus)
  • Are organized reliable and tech-savvy (Outlook Microsoft Word CRM tools)
  • Have a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in patient scheduling or clinical interviewing
  • Familiarity with insurance processes or marketplace plans
  • Spanish fluency
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and make thoughtful decisions on the fly
