Job Description
About the Role:
Were seeking a Midlevel Litigation Associate with 35 years of complex business litigation experience to join a top-tier national law firms Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience strong writing skills and the ability to manage sophisticated matters in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent corporate and individual clients in federal/state court proceedings and ADR
Manage discovery draft pleadings and motions and handle client communication
Participate in hearings mediations and trial prep
Collaborate with senior attorneys across offices on complex litigation strategy
Qualifications:
35 years of business or commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Exceptional legal research writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship experience a plus
Must be licensed to practice in Washington
