Lot Attendant/Driver Responsibilities
Keeps the service area in a clean and orderly condition
Performs any combination of the following duties: Cleaning bays sweeps mops scrubs and vacuums hallways stairs and office spaces
Empties trash and garbage containers
Moving vehicles
Driving the company courtesy shuttle
Driver/Lot Attendant Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug test
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Positive attitude
Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred
Great work ethic
