Job Description
The ideal candidate will be the liaison among all Company Sales Departments. They will respond to requests and resolve problems among other essential tasks utilizing inter-company BAAN software program.
*Responsible for customer invoicing- including rental sales lump sum credits among others.
*Assist in accomplishing any request and/or solve any issues concerning customers and various depts.
*Provide administrative support and feedback to the Sales Dept. regarding customer accounts such as
invoicing inventory and trucking reports among others.
*Entry of new customer/orders as well as update and maintain various excel files.
*Work closely with various depts. to ensure company and customer needs are met.
*Any other duties assigned by the Internal Sales support Manager.
*2-4 years of related experience.
*Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred.
*Strong Communication skills
*Proficient Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Customer Service skills are a plus.
Pay range: $48000 - $49000
