CarVive Collision Centers is a trusted name in certified auto body repair known for exceptional craftsmanship OEM certification and a seamless repair process. We are expanding and seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to lead our dealership partnership initiative throughout the greater Los Angeles area specifically for our locations in Van Nuys & Northridge.

This role is critical in developing long-term relationships with new car dealerships and establishing CarVive as their exclusive collision repair provider for all customer and staff vehicle needs following accidents.

Currently all CarVive Collision Centers are certified by Ford GM brands (Chevy Cadillac Hummer) Subaru Hyundai Kia Honda Acura Nissan Infiniti Mazda Lincoln. Building a relationship with these dealerships can be immediately executed. Targeting remaining brands such as Toyota Lexus BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Land Rover are recommended.

CarVive provides all marketing material and detailed information to achieve success you get to establish the relationships at dealerships or any other source of customer acquisition for the collision center.

If you have a dealership background in sales service parts management this position is right for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and secure new dealership accounts across Los Angeles.

  • Present and negotiate our predetermined partnership contracts making CarVive the primary and preferred collision repair facility.

  • Highlight the financial operational and customer experience benefits of partnering with CarVive.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealership decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain a high standard of service.

  • Attend & host dealership events and local automotive expos to network and increase visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales integrating the auto body collision or automotive dealership industry.

  • Strong network within local dealership groups is highly desirable.

  • Excellent negotiation presentation and relationship management skills.

  • Goal-driven self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
