Job Description
- Get familiarized with routine accounts payable tasks including gathering information verifying accuracy inputting/ processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) travel & expense reports or payments;
- Learn to identify disputes related to the invoices (quantity/pricing concerns etc.) and the follow-up & resolution process;
- Understand the communication process with vendors/suppliers business units on different queries;
- Learn to prepare/send account statements when required and how to resolve discrepancies;
- Learn to analyze payments requests and how to monitor for suspicious transactions;
- Learn to use the ERP systems Oracle SAP Syteline AS400.
- You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You focus on crafting an effective collaborative style. You prepare content for communication that is impactful.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken);
- PC experience (Microsoft Office).
- Proven understanding or Curiosity about Finance or Accounts Payables;
- Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas.
- Proficiency in additional foreign language would be an advantage.
