About the role:AGFA is dedicated to enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure the best employee experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to join our ICS team and support our global HR department.
About You:You are a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional with very good understanding of core HR process and corresponding SuccessFactors functionalities. You are pro-active self-driven and well-organized. You can communicate very clearly in English and have can-do attitude and deliver on promise.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to the HR team in the use evolution and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central OnBoarding Learning Compensation Performance & Goals and Succession Planning.
- Collaborate with HR to understand requirements and implement effective solutions. If required work with outsource IT implementation partners to configure a solution.
- Lead the evolution and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors to meet changing business needs.
- Design and help building integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Help to resolve complex and high-severity incidents to ensure seamless operation of HR business operations and SAP SuccessFactors in particularly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations processes and procedures. Be AGFA knowledge keeper of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with HR and IT teams.
- Very good English both written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven track record of at least 2 successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations of Employee Central OnBoarding.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting with a strong focus on Employee Central.
- Experience with other modules such as: Learning Compensation (merit and variable pay) Performance & Goals (for 360 Feedback) Performance & Goals is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is a plus.
