Role: Housing Patch Manager
Contract Type: Fixed term contract/secondment opportunity until April 2026.
Working Hours: 37 Monday Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Grade G - Starting Salary is 35235 (Level one) rising to 37938 (Level four)

About the Role
As a Housing Patch Manager (HPM) with Nottingham city Council Housing Services we will look to you to manage a local patch providing advice and support to sustain tenancies and taking enforcement action when necessary. You will have ownership for the overall standard and appearance of the estates and will work in partnership with local residents and stakeholders to ensure our estates are kept to the highest possible standard. This role will require you to be out and about on our estates daily - its an independent job where you manage your own priorities. This is a challenging role but the rewards in terms of fulfilment are high and youll have the satisfaction of knowing that your contribution really matters as everyone needs somewhere safe decent and affordable to live.
