The Retail Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the retail business to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This role acts as a key link between corporate teams and store locations helping to implement processes support sales initiatives optimize store performance and ensure consistent customer experiences across all retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of retail initiatives promotions and product launches across all store locations.
- Communicate operational updates policies and best practices to store managers and associates.
- Control communication from all the departments to the retail teams via INSIDE platform to insure eficient understanding and respect of deadlines & defined standards.
- Monitor store performance metrics (sales foot traffic conversion rates) and client experience KPIs (recruitment C&C ) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the trainings tools and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
- Assist with store opening relocation and renovation projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain updated documentation for processes training manuals and operational guidelines.
