We are looking for Outbound Customer Consultants who have previous customer service or sales experience with strong communication & computer skills to assist
The Outbound Customer Consultants primary objective is to match the best product & service to our clients customers via inbound while providing excellence in customer service.
You will be using your proven sales and service skills to demonstrate the value and benefit of our clients products and services.
All successful applicants must work a minimum of 38 hours a week and complete a police check paid for by us prior to commencing with Acquire Intelligence.
Experience and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a sales or service environment
Motivated to deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high-pressure environment
Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
Commitment to work on a rotating roster from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Flexible and positive work approach and attitude
