Artistic Design Landscapes is a full-service landscape management company located in Hudson NC. We provide professional design installation and maintenance of all aspects of landscaping. We also perform installation of outdoor lighting pavers retaining walls water features and outdoor living spaces. We are currently looking for individuals to join our hardworking team.
Duties
Manage daily landscape operations and supervise technicians
Create a trusting relationship with clients
Read landscape plans and implement them in the field
Maintain necessary paperwork for daily operations
Manage jobsite production and productivity
Safely and properly operate power equipment (such as but not limited to tractors skidsteers mini-excavators dingos and small power equipment)
Install landscape lighting and hardscape features (including retaining walls pavers natural stone/boulders water features etc.)
Install plant material using proper horticultural techniques
Perform landscape maintenance when needed
Education
High school diploma preferred
ICPI and/or SRW certification desired but not required
Degree in turf management/horticulture/related field desired
Must have 3-5 years of experience in landscape/hardscape installation plus prior management experience
Pay
This is an hourly position based on experience
Starting pay is $16-17/hour
Incentives and bonuses available based on performance
Mandatory Requirements
3-5 years prior landscape/hardscape experience (installation of all phases of landscaping outdoor lighting pavers retaining walls water features and outdoor living spaces)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Provide 3 non-family references

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Landscape Management and installation
Our company is a full service landscape management company. We provide professional design installation and maintenance of all phases of landscaping lighting pavers walls ponds waterfalls fountains and outdoor fireplaces and kitchens. We also provide professional maintenance including but not limited to shrub trimming mulch installation and caring for turf and other landscape elements.
