Job Description

Infiniti Sales Trainee income range:

$2500 monthly salary unit volume bonus production bonus!

Must bring a customer service mindset have a bright personality be able to follow directions and most of all be GREAT at customer service. Without our customers we do not have a job. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide Infiniti clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Become an expert on all Infiniti model features and customer benefits and how they compare to the features and benefits of key competitors models.
  • Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicles operational feature.
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealerships Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
  • Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
