Elite Therapy Center seeks qualified speech-language pathologists and speech therapy assistant candidates for full-time and part-time caseloads. Our collaborative team approach to therapy is available in six spacious clinics complete with large gyms and private therapy rooms. Our equipment is top-of-the-line and our convenient locations throughout Central Texas bring elite therapeutic care to the city and extended rural areas.
Salary: $52000.00 - $89000.00 per year
Education: Bachelor and Masters (GRADUATED)
License/Certification (Required) :
- American Speech and Hearing Association (Required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (Required)

Heather Field Lauri Cole and Kari McKown co-owners and directors of Elite Therapy Center were each called over a decade ago to serve children and families through physical occupational and speech therapies. Speech pathologists Lauri Cole M.S. CCC-SLP and Heather Field M.S. CCC-SLP and occupational therapist Kari McKown MOT OTR have a long history of treating children with disabilities intellectual challenges and behavioral disorders. Together as professionals and friends these three servant-leaders created Elite Therapy Center founded on the principle of helping families on a journey of hope and healing.
Elite Therapy Center is a team of over 70 certified therapists and administrative professionals in six Central Texas locations including Waco Temple Harker Heights Gatesville Killeen and West. The Elite Therapy Center team is helping our clients of babies children youth and young adults achieve their FULL potential by providing quality and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet their unique needs. Our team approach promotes collaboration with families physicians and schools. By setting the highest ethical standard for our associates and clients as well as ourselves we are equipped to establish and uphold a reputation of clinical excellence with a personal touch.
