Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Compensation: $2.13/hr Tips

Established in 1987 Bubbas Seafood Restaurant has long been a staple of Virginia Beach. We are a fast-paced high-energy restaurant known for great food excellent service and a lively atmosphere. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff and were looking for dedicated team players to join us!

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced server who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver outstanding hospitality with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of serving experience excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly efficient and knowledgeable service to all guests

Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner

Maintain a strong understanding of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and specials

Handle transactions and process payments correctly

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Keep tables and service areas clean organized and stocked

Follow all health safety and alcohol service guidelines

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

-Strong customer service and multitasking skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

-Knowledge of food wine beer and cocktails preferred

-Reliable punctual and a team player

-Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
