Compensation: $15/hour commission bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time includes some Saturdays

About the Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a high-performing self-motivated individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as an Internet & Phone Sales Agent. This role supports Mercedes-Benz of Hampton Audi Hampton Hyundai of Hampton and Genesis of Hampton serving as the crucial first point of contact for potential car buyers.
This is a fast-paced performance-driven position where focus urgency and accountability are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Handle/assign incoming phone and internet leads across all brands
Conduct structured lead follow-up from Day 2 through Day 20
Step in to complete follow-up on leads when sales agents miss a touch-point
Ensure all Campaign Phone and Internet opportunities are monitored/updated daily
Document all activity with precision using provided templates and SOPs
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure full lead accountability and communication
What Were Looking For:
Strong self-starter with a get-it-done attitude
Highly focused and organized this role is for those who come to work to work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional confident phone presence
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Competitive driven by personal and team success
Preferred Experience:
Prior sales or BDC experience
Call center or phone sales background
Familiarity with Elead CRM (a plus but not required)
Automotive industry exposure
