Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly reliable Service Drive Attendant to join our growing and fast-paced service department. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive for service appointments
Check in vehicles and collect customer information
Write and initiate repair orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with moving vehicles in and out of the service drive
Drive customers to and from work or home using the dealerships shuttle vehicle
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional courteous attitude
Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Punctual dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is a plus
Desire to learn and grow within the company
