Orange County Health Psychologists Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our private practice group.
Full time or part time options available.
Compensation : $80 - $130 per session (variable rate based on insurance/payor)

We offer monthly in-service training case consultation and opportunities for growth and development. Our compensation plan is more generous than most with fees of $85-$130/session for LMFTs and LCSWs and more for licensed psychologists. (Rates vary with payor mix and CPT codes.) Full-time is defined as a minimum of 25 patient sessions per week. For those clinicians who are comfortable seeing more than 25 patients per week income would be higher but we encourage optimum work-life balance. We offer medical and dental benefits plus incentives to full-time W-2 employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
- California licensure as an LMFT LCSW LPCC or clinical psychologist
- Masters degree from accredited university
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience (including pre-licensure internships)
- Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week with no other private practice or group practice commitments
- For full-time employees a commitment to see a minimum of 25 patients per week
- Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day a week in the office for in-person sessions
- Passion for excellence in patient care using evidence-based interventions
