We are hiring Full-Time bilingual positions in our Broker Services Department with an hourly base rate of $20hr Benefits Paid Training Overtime available WORK REMOTELY

Responsibilities:
Must be fluent in both English and Korean
Meet performance expectations including call quality attendance and schedule adherence
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
Handle primarily inbound calls. Primary Skills & Requirements:
Customer Service experience preferred Self-motivated outcome-driven and teachable
Ability to type 35 WPM Work-from-home capability by providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop Second Monitor high-speed internet (Internet upload speeds of 20Mbps)
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
Must be willing to complete a background check.
Requirements to work from home:
Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
A quiet distraction-free and secure place to work.
