Job Description
Finance Analyst II Real Estate Services
The Finance Analyst II supports the financial oversight reporting and analysis needs of the Real Estate Services Department. Responsibilities include preparing departmental budgets analyzing complex financial data supporting grant and funding compliance and contributing to housing development proposals and applications. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm and pay rate is $33.13/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor department and grant budgets; analyze variances and report findings.
Conduct financial and scenario analysis to support real estate development decisions.
Assist with funding applications including research and preparation of financial exhibits.
Review third-party pro forma financial packages to assess feasibility of development projects.
Support contract tracking invoice payments and coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Assist with review of legal documents and compliance with housing finance regulations.
Track and report on development project status and financials to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations reports and materials for leadership and board review.
Maintain knowledge of relevant federal state and local housing regulations.
Contribute to departmental goals and cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure data governance practices are followed and engage with data management roles as needed.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
