Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on residential HVAC systems such as furnaces boilers heat pumps and more
- Conduct routine maintenance and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Accurately document service calls repairs and recommendations with our dispatch team
- Educate customers on system operation maintenance and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- 1-3 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively explain technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Ability to lift carry and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE Certification
- Sales experience
