Supply Chain Analyst (On-Site Hybrid)
Location: Kansas City (Must live in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area)

Description: We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our esteemed organization in the dairy industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes from procurement to distribution. As a Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data and metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your insights will empower decision-making and strategic planning as we strive to meet our customers needs and adapt to the evolving market demands. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to leverage data to identify trends and optimize inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally including procurement production and logistics to evaluate and improve our supply chain processes. Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement production and logistics teams to optimize processes.
Assist with forecasting demands based on historical data and market trends.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply to meet needs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance.
Lead and/or participate in special projects.
Monitor phase-in process for proper setup in SAP.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluent in English; secondary languages are a plus.
Sense of urgency flexibility and open-mindedness.
Passion for driving improvements and change.
