Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the design-build process. You will be responsible for coordinating teams managing schedules and budgets ensuring quality control coordinating with employees and subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Help develop the scope of work and objectives of each project
- Lead and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budge
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and production plan
- Collaborate closely with architects designers subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress enforce safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactiv
- Ensure compliance with local building codes permits and regulation
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders and report
- Create daily logs to document progress on job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management within the design-build or renovation industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods materials and building codes.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets schedules and subcontractors effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend) and tools.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of permitting and local building regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).
