Job Description

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: North Jersey NJ
Salary: $65000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Hours will vary)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
**Job Description:
As a BCBA at Mars Premier Care you will be responsible for conducting assessments developing individualized treatment plans and providing supervision and support to RBTs and other team members. You will work closely with clients and their families to implement strategies that enhance learning social skills and overall quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct therapy and training to clients.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed.
- Collaborate with families educators and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and their families regarding progress and modifications to the treatment plan.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation of services provided and client progress.
**Qualifications:
- Must hold a Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Must comply with NJ state law requirements for BCBAs including proper licensure and continuing education.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
