Are you a robotics pro looking to get off the road Join FANUC a global leader in robotics and bring your technical expertise to our customer support team no suitcase required. Youll diagnose and resolve robotic system issues remotely via phone email and chat while supporting customers engineers and internal teams.
What Youll Do:
Provide advanced troubleshooting for FANUC robots controllers and peripherals via phone/email.
Log and manage technical support tickets (TSLs) and generate quotes (CCMs) for customers.
Assist with robot programming and provide detailed technical solutions using online tools and manuals.
Collaborate with engineers product teams and internal departments to resolve issues.
Support special projects process improvements and occasionally provide after-hours or shift-based assistance.
What You Bring:
Strong hands-on experience with FANUC robots (RJ/R30iA platforms etc.) and applications like spot/arc welding and material handling.
Ability to read mechanical electrical pneumatic prints and interpret PLC ladder logic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing support.
Proficiency in tools like ROBOGUIDE OLPCPRO and Microsoft Office.
A positive collaborative attitude and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
8 years in robotics integration service or installation.
5 years in technical customer support or field service.
Experience mentoring or training others in a technical setting is a plus.
Familiarity with FANUC systems and desire to continue growing expertise.
